Benjamin Kornelis is a native of Lynden, Washington and holds degrees from Calvin College, Western Washington University, and Michigan State University. He now lives in Minneapolis and serves as the Director of Traditional Music at Easter Lutheran Church in Eagan, Minnesota. From 1994-2017 he was Director of Choral Activities at Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. His choral works have been published by Walton, Morningstar, and Boosey & Hawkes. He sings with Magnum Chorum and has sung with the South Dakota Chorale.
