About the Score
Number two in a three part Requiem, this challenging piece for SATB Chorus, divisi features a poem written by long time collaborator of Mr. Stephens, Ingrid Showalter Swift. The poem, written at the request of Stephens, tells the story of Christ's journey as man and redeemer. May be performed as a set of three along with "Requiem Aeternam" and "The Jewel in the Lotus", or separately as needed.
