About the Score

Commissioned by the Vancouver Youth Choir (Carrie Tennant, Artistic Director) and with text by Sharlene Petigara, "My Light" explores themes of self-discovery and belonging.

This piece was premiered in March 2018 at “Belong: VYC & Charles Bruffy in Concert” in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and is featured on the Charles Bruffy ICON series.
