About the Score

Written for the Desert Canyon Voices as a recognition of their talent after their version of the "Nae Nae" became a viral sensation, this piece premiered two years later as the young women from that choir were invited to perform at the Arizona Music Educator's Association Convention 2018. With accessible vocal lines and a demanding yet supportive piano part, this piece will be a lovely addition to any treble choir's concert, from middle school to collegiate levels.
