About the Score

iii. Spokes is a piece for double choir, SATB and SSA, and is based on a beautiful text by Euan Tait that was specifically written in celebration of MusicSpoke. It tells the story of two choirs coming together, making music together for a brief moment, and then going on their own way. It was commissioned and premiered by the Youth Chorale of Central Minnesota, Garrett Lathe, Artistic Director.
