About the Score

This work is dedicated to my friend and colleague Carolina Flores. The text wishes the best for the future for those we meet along the way, known or unknown. The structure is very simple: after a simple introduction, two stanzas and a very moving double refrain are set out, ending with a short coda. The character is sweet and tries to reflect the goodness and peace of mind suggested by the text. God’s Blessing was premiered by NEOVOCALIS, conducted by myself, on 2 April 2022 as part of the HOPE project.
