About the Score

Divertimento is an exuberant romp for two pianos in Rondo form. This was my very first work with a key signature, and came only after long and difficult reflection in the wake of my academic training in graduate school. The exuberance is that of my then 4-year old daughter, Genevieve, to whom is it dedicated.
