About the Score

The Lauda V of the Laudario di Cortona n. 91 has come to us without music, but handing us the beauty of its text full of faith and sentiment.

After receiving the invitation of Maestro Franco Radicchia, I composed the notes for this wonderful sacred composition, trying to create a bridge between my contemporary style and ancient music. The result is this piece, beautifully interpreted by the vocal group Tritonus and the vocal group Armoniosoincanto, who for the occasion performed together, under the direction of Maestro Franco Radicchia.

The piece has been premiered in the wonderful Monastery of Saint Agnese in Perugia (Italy), on January 21, 2023.
