Lyricist, composer, educator, and clinician Charles Anthony Silvestri has been a part of the choral community for almost twenty years, first as the predominant bespoke lyricist for composers such as Eric Whitacre, Ola Gjeilo, Dan Forrest, Tim Takach, Andrea Ramsay, Eric Barnum, and many others; and now as a composer in his own right. He is a member of the faculty at Washburn University in Topeka, KS, and resides in Lawrence, KS.
